Your information helps us deliver your Xenling and support your order.
Who is responsible
QODE LTD is the controller of personal information used by Xenling. Company number 17259547. Registered office: Liberty House, 30 Whitchurch Lane, Edgware, England, HA8 6LE. Contact xenling@okwi.com for privacy questions or requests.
Orders and support
We use your email, name, delivery address, product choices, order reference, payment status and correspondence to process and deliver orders and respond to questions. The lawful basis is performing our contract with you, taking steps you request before purchase, and meeting legal accounting obligations. Order details are accessible only to authorised administrators. Order tracking requires both your order number and email and does not display your delivery address.
You enter your delivery address on Xenling before payment. We validate and store it with your order, and share it with Stripe as the shipping address for that payment. It is not collected through an editable shipping-address form on Stripe. Royal Mail receives the name and address needed to deliver your order.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes payments for QODE LTD and handles card information. We store payment references and status, not full card numbers. Royal Mail receives the information needed for delivery. Vercel serves the website, Render runs the application, and Neon stores its database. These providers process information to supply their services; some processing may occur outside the UK or EEA using applicable contractual safeguards. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
After payment is verified, we use Resend to send an order-confirmation email. Resend receives your email address and the order details included in that message. We do not enable email-open or link-click tracking.
Language and delivery suggestions
Vercel supplies an approximate country based on your internet connection. We use only the country code to suggest a language and delivery destination. This feature does not request GPS access or store your precise location. The estimate can be wrong, particularly with a VPN. You can change either choice, and must review your delivery address before payment. Choices you make are remembered in this browser for 180 days. If country detection is unavailable, we use your browser language and ask you to choose a delivery destination.
Analytics and security
Optional analytics relies on your consent. It records public page paths, visit times, random identifiers and an approximate country code for country statistics, without storing your IP address, city or coordinates in analytics. It can be declined or withdrawn through . See the cookie policy for details. We use necessary technical information and short-lived security records to protect the service against fraud and abuse, based on our legitimate interests in a secure website.
How long information is kept
Optional analytics records expire after 90 days. Admin sessions expire automatically. Order, transaction and support records are retained for fulfilment, disputes and applicable accounting requirements, then reviewed for deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed. A deletion request does not require us to erase records we must legally retain.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email us to exercise your rights; we may need to verify your identity. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your relevant local supervisory authority.
Keeping you informed
We do not sell your personal information or use this website to sign you up to marketing emails. We may update this notice when the service changes. The date below identifies this version.
